Dawn Approaches


Well then, a new update has dropped. The demo is still just the first level... Unless someone happens to find the code hidden in the hex data that opens the debug menu! 

A few things that have been updated since the last demo include:

A better hit box engine to allow for much better fine tuning.

The power up progression has gone through several iterations but I think I'm finally happy with it. It's still based on enemy count, but if you miss it after it spawns, it will wrap around to the bottom of the screen. It also has a very generous hit box.

Some slight musical tweaking. Level 6 still needs a track and the final boss and maybe an end game tune??

All levels are now working minus the 6th level boss and the final boss.

There are still some weird bugs I need to figure out like the wrong sound effects playing when the bat is touching a corner.

I'm still hoping I can finish the game by Halloween. Maybe it's wise not to say which year! As always, I greatly appreciate any feedback!
